OverviewJoin our RACV Retail store in Highpoint, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our community. Were looking for a Part Time Customer Service Specialist to become a valued member of our team.As a Retail Consultant, youll play a key role in helping our members and customers find the best-value products to suit their needs, providing peace of mind through one of Victorias most trusted brands. Youll be the first point of contact, both in-store and over the phone, ensuring meaningful conversations that support our members when they need us most. Through our comprehensive training and development program, youll become multi-skilled and confident in providing valuable information across RACVs full range of offerings, including Motor & Home Insurance, Emergency Assistance products, Travel Insurance, and Attraction Tickets.This is a blended role where youll also assist our Memberline Contact Centre with inbound calls related to home and motor insurance.What Youll Be DoingDelivering exceptional customer service in-store and over the phoneEducating customers on RACVs range of products including Motor & Home Insurance, Emergency Assistance, Travel Insurance, and Attraction TicketsSupporting customers with tailored solutions and peace of mindParticipating in a rotating roster, including SaturdaysBecoming multi-skilled through ongoing training and developmentWhat Were Looking ForExperience in face-to-face customer service within a retail or corporate environment (e.g. banking, travel, insurance, retail)Strong phone-based customer service skillsProven ability to meet sales targets and KPIsSelf-motivated and goal-orientedConfident navigating multiple systemsEnthusiastic, resilient, and committed to delivering a positive member experienceA collaborative team playerb>Fluent in Vietnamese and/or Mandarin preferredTraining & DevelopmentWe offer a 7-week full-time paid training program (MondayFriday), which may include 23 days at our Noble Park office.After training, youll transition to your dedicated part time rostered hours.Employee Benefits50% off RACV Insurance policiesFree Roadside AssistanceSupportive company cultureExtensive product trainingExclusive staff discounts on accommodation at all RACV ResortsAt RACV, we believe that maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace is an important element in our continued success.
