OverviewReporting to the Merchandise Manager you will focus on developing strong customer relationships. Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers and trade customers and the focus of your role is to provide a memorable experience for all customers either in store or over the telephone whilst:Performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goodsAssisting customers with pricing and product queriesProcessing counter salesMaintaining safety processesAssisting with merchandise campaign materialMaintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environmentLoading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveriesWhat well love about youWe are keen to hear from jobseekers with a high focus on customer service, problem solving skills, the ability to think outside the square and get the job done. Youll also have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture, ideally with knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise.
