Your role will encompass not only operational efficiency but also a commitment to providing exceptional support to our medical professionals and staff. Why Myhealth Central Park Competitive salary Ongoing support, training, and real opportunity for progression Ideally located close to public transport Internal career opportunities and development pathways What your day will look like Assisting lead the Practice Manager with operational excellence Overseeing day-to-day practice operations Carrying out inductions and in-house training sessions for new staff Assist with overseeing and maintaining diary scheduling in collaboration with the Clinical Team (including waitlist management, booking in new clients and rescheduling appointments) Solution focused management of clinic operations and doctor queries Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years of GP experience (essential) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Experience in managing nursing and administration staff preferred but not essential Proficiency in Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings preferred Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritisation of workflow A positive, can-do attitude and a drive to make a meaningful impact on our patients and practice Support Offered We provide comprehensive support in areas such as finance, payroll, marketing, and administration, allowing you to concentrate on your passion for team building and clinic enhancement.
