OverviewBased at our North Melbourne branch, we are seeking an experienced HR Driver with leadership experience for full-time work performing essential services throughout the region. This role will be approx 3 days driving and 2 days in the office!As a Driver - Leading Hand, you will be responsible for:ResponsibilitiesLeading and supporting a team of drivers, along with supporting our Operations SupervisorSetting rosters and coordinating driver runsOperating waste collection vehicles such as rear and side liftEnsuring all prestart checks are carried out and drivers depart depot on scheduleAssist with training new drivers and supporting ongoing team developmentCompleting all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and requiredAbout YouHeavy Rigid (HR) Licence as a minimumExperience in the waste, transport or logistics industryStrong leadership and communication skillsSolid understanding of safety and compliance proceduresBasic computer and mobile technology skillsWilling to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testAbout UsJoin us at Cleanaway and contribute to making a sustainable future possible, together.We transform waste into resources and renewable energy.
