Responsibilities Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from program participants, employers, partners and staff in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with employers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements and facilitate the matching of suitable candidates for available positions. Manage customer feedback and complaints and escalate as appropriate. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in call centre systems. Qualifications Willingness to learn new systems and processes Well-developed verbal and written communication skills Good IT skills (working with multiple applications at once) Time management and organisational skills Attention to detail Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate with all levels of staff, clients, stakeholders and community A customer-centric and continuous improvement mindset Familiarity with CRM and call centre technology would be well regarded A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.
