Reporting to your Field Operations Supervisor, you will work to maintain high standards across your stores, provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships. The successful candidate will be an experienced Refrigeration/HVAC Technician, comfortable working autonomously to deliver timely outcomes. Your cluster will be based in Melbourne''s western region, including but not limited to Melton West, Sunshine, Tarneit and Truganina.Your key responsibilitiesTake full responsibility for delivery of repairs and maintenance services on multiple high-end state-of-the-art refrigeration sitesConduct frequent Planned Preventative Maintenance so that critical breakdown issues do not occurRespond to reactive Refrigeration/HVAC maintenance work in a timely mannerBe an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships with all key stakeholdersTo be considered for this rolePractical experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC in a supermarket environmentRefrigerant Handling Licence & Restricted Electrical LicenceCurrent Drivers LicenceExcellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfactionScissor/ Elevate Work Platform licence highly regardedAn understanding of CO2 systems and refrigeration controls; Emerson, Danfoss and AlertonThe position requires the successful candidate to conduct a pre-employment medical and a police check.City is an Equal Opportunity Employer who supports and encourages the diverse needs of each individual Team Member.
