Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:Provide frontline customer service to Defence stakeholders and internal teams.Accurately maintain documentation, records, and data entry across relevant systems.Support daily administration and reporting requirements for warehouse and distribution activities.Respond to enquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely, professional manner.Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, meeting packs, and KPI tracking inputs.Support onboarding and compliance documentation for new personnel.Contribute to a positive workplace culture and ensure service standards are consistently met.What youll bringWere looking for motivated individuals who bring:At least 3 years experience in administration, customer service, or logistics support.Experience in logistics, warehousing, or Defence-related environments (preferred).Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields will be highly regarded.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/WMS platforms.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organisational and time management ability.High attention to detail and a customer service mindset.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Eligibility to make the gradeTo apply for this role, you must:Be an Australian Citizen.Be eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Defence Security Clearance.Be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including criminal history, medical, and other background assessments.Next StepsReady to use your admin and customer service skills to support Defence operations?Submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and what motivates you to work with us via the apply link.
