About the roleCarinity is seeking a passionate and relational Community Development Coordinator to strengthen partnerships with Queensland Baptist (QB) churches and support community projects that make a real impact across the State.Your day-to-day will involveBuild and maintain strong partnerships with QB churches to support gospel-centred, community-based initiativesCoordinate and administer the Collaborative Community Projects (CCP) grants program, from applications to reportingSupport churches with grant applications, funding agreements, and reporting complianceOrganise and promote CCP conferences, network gatherings, and community engagement eventsCollect, analyse, and report outcome data, including success stories and transformation impactCollaborate across Carinity teams (finance, marketing, community services) to ensure effective delivery and promotion of community development programsAbout youYoull be highly relational with a strong ability to connect with church leaders, volunteers, and community stakeholders.
