Join our team today.About the roleAs our next HV Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join the team, your role will be the effective maintenance of a fleet of electric drive LIEBHERR T264 haul trucks. This includes regular electrical servicing, attending breakdowns to diagnosis and repair and component replacements. Included for the right candidate will be OEM training and continual support to further develop your electrical knowledge and career in the Thiess mobile maintenance team.Duties will also include:Statutory electrical testing and inspections of mobile plantAssist with electrical breakdowns of mobile and fixed plantFuture involvement with maintenance of EV coach and light truckTesting, QA and documentationComplete site electrical logbook entriesAbout youYou will have a minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in high voltage electric drive machinery (trucks, excavators, shovels) and mobile plant maintenance. Experience with AC and DC motors, VSD/VFD, PLCs, ELV/auto electrical and the exposure to communication systems with fault finding and diagnostic capabilities will be highly regarded.A knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 requirements and WHS Act/Regulations is also highly regarded.
