Overview Were looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Coordinator to help lead/support the daily operations of our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program at St Williams Catholic School in Keperra. About the Service OSHC service licensed for 195 children Permanent Full time/Part time role Dedicated 8 Non-Contact hours every week Monday to Friday, with split shifts Dynamic and passionate team Convenient location, Close to Translink Close to local school and shops Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the OSHC service, ensuring a safe and smooth-running environment. Plan and deliver engaging, educational programs tailored to childrens interests and needs. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, families, and school staff. Collaborate and support your team to foster a welcoming, inclusive service culture. What We''re Looking For Diploma in Children''s Service/Early Childhood Education (ACECQA equivalent) and experience in OSHC or a similar field. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Passion for creating a positive and enriching experience for children.
