Together we can do more. Responsibilities Deliver a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to inpatients and outpatients within a hospital environment. Provide medicines information, contribute to quality improvement projects, and prepare pharmaceutical preparations while ensuring high standards of medication safety. Contribute to education and research initiatives aimed at promoting quality use of medicines. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care and safety. Qualifications & Requirements Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role. Working With Children Check (WWCC). A Registered Pharmacist or pending Registration within the next 3 months with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with no restriction on practice. This role has various Temporary Full Time and Part Time positions available with varying hours and end dates.
