Refer them and earn a $500 MEGT My Benefits voucherGenerous leave entitlements, including 3 paid Christmas close-down daysExclusive discounts on private health insurance (HCF, Bupa, Medibank)Corporate travel rates for personal useOption to buy or cash out annual leaveSalary packaging available (non-PBI)Ongoing development with study supportEmployee Assistance Program (includes Nurse on Call)Retail and entertainment discountsPro-rata long service leave after 7 yearsThe OpportunityBased at our head office in Ringwood, this dynamic role reports to the Head of Marketing and focuses on enhancing the end-to-end customer experience for our stakeholders including job seekers, apprentices, employers, industry associations and government.As a hands-on marketing generalist, youll translate strategy into action, delivering compliant, customer-focused marketing across touchpoints including digital, print, events, and communications.Youll work closely with multiple divisions including our Recruitment and Managed Services (RMS), Workforce Australia (WFA) and Apprenticeship Connect Provider (ACP) teams as well as shared services teams and external partners and agencies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the enhancement of the customer experience for stakeholders through customer journey and touchpoint mapping, managing internal stakeholders and external suppliers.Assist the Head of Marketing in developing annual marketing programs, including campaigns and tactical initiatives.Partner with senior stakeholders and internal teams to execute divisional marketing programs and activities.Oversee implementation of communications touchpoints, including website content, e-newsletters, photography, videography, and printed collateral.Collaborate with internal creative teams, agency partners, and compliance to produce high-quality, on-brand content.Ensure consistent and customer-focused marketing aligned to MEGTs goals and values.Contribute to monthly budgeting, reporting and process improvements.Note: this is a 12-month initial contract with potential to transition into a permanent role.About you5+ years experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environmentA customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving customer engagement and experienceProven project management skills, with an analytical and operational mindsetStrong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent stakeholder engagementExperience working across multiple marketing touchpoints (e.g. website, social media, events, collateral, signage, merchandise)Proven ability to brief and manage creative development with internal teams and external agenciesExperience in the education or employment sector is highly regardedTertiary qualification in marketingMEGT is committed to providing services that protect and keep children, young people and adults at risk free from harm as we have zero tolerance of racism, discrimination, harm, or abuse.
