With an entrepreneurial culture and significant investment in innovation and growth, this is a business that truly empowers its people to make things happen.The RoleReporting to the National Sales Manager, this position will manage a portfolio of major national accounts within the Corporate Retail division (non-hardware) with a strong focus on grocery and mass retail channels. Its an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Key Account Manager seeking their first step into a National Account Manager position. Youll take full ownership for driving sales, profit and category performance across a dynamic and fast-moving customer base.Key responsibilitiesManaging and growing key retail customers, including Woolworths, Coles, Big W, Costco and other major accountsDeveloping and executing customer and category strategies to deliver sustainable growthManaging trade spend, promotional planning and pricing strategy within agreed budgetsPreparing and delivering category reviews, business plans and retailer presentationsPartnering closely with marketing, supply chain and customer service to ensure flawless delivery and executionProviding market insights, competitor analysis and recommendations to inform broader business strategyAbout YouYoure a commercially sharp, relationship-led account manager who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
