Youll lead and mentor multiple teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, while ensuring innovation, compliance, financial performance, and staff development are consistently achieved.Where youll make an impactIdentify and implement emerging wellness trends to expand and enhance offeringsDrive spa and wellness innovation across treatments, products, and service deliveryOversee operational excellence, including bookings, rostering, stock, and complianceCollaborate with Sales and Marketing on pricing, packaging, and promotionsDeliver financial oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reportingLead and inspire a large, diverse team through training, coaching, and recognitionChampion guest satisfaction through robust service standards and escalation pathwaysFoster a workplace culture that reflects Hamilton Islands core valuesWhat were looking forYou are a senior industry professional with extensive experience leading in spa, beauty, or wellness operations.
