You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.Since 2019, EML has run a dedicated CTP project team to manage complex claims. The team conducts expert reviews to assess entitlements for medical and like benefits, helping people recover, regain independence, and return to meaningful life.Were now expanding our focus to include return-to-work outcomes, supporting people to get back on track and reach their potential.Were looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping people rebuild their lives after injury. If you have experience in recovery or return-to-work support and enjoy seeing real results, this role is highly rewarding. Youll also help improve claims management practices and drive meaningful improvements across the scheme.This will be a full time, permanent position based in any of our major offices in Australia, with flexibility to work from home for up to 3 days per week.Your ResponsibilitiesOverseeing a cohort of TAC claimsProactively and strategically manage the requirements of the portfolio to progress return to work strategies and supportsEngage healthcare providers with a view to influencing best practice treatment within scheme guidelines/legislationReview claims with medical & like treatment with the objective of reviewing this treatment with the intent to actively challenge its reasonablenessDelivery of customer service requirements and regular contact with all stakeholdersPro-actively and effectively manage claims within the TAC legislation and to assist the injured person through the processProvide insights and opportunities to improve TAC claims management practices and capabilityAbout YouExperience in managing claims with a return-to-work goalPrevious allied health background would be advantageous but not essentialHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communication and conflict resolution skillsNegotiation and influencingWhat We OfferWe stand together as equals.
