Reporting to the Construction Director, this pivotal role will lead the delivery of major residential and mixed-use projects within Kokodas national portfolio.Youll oversee the full project lifecycle, from design coordination and tender management through to construction delivery and handover. Your leadership will ensure our projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety and commercial performance, while upholding Kokodas commitment to design excellence and brand integrity.This is an opportunity to influence some of the countrys most ambitious projects, operating in an environment that values ownership, discipline and trust.About the RoleLead the end-to-end delivery of multiple residential and mixed-use developments from design through to handoverOversee project planning, procurement and construction management to ensure time, cost and quality targets are achievedCoordinate consultants, builders and authorities to drive seamless project executionManage contract administration including progress claims, variations, and extensions of timeChampion Kokodas design and quality standards through collaborative builder and consultant relationshipsProvide clear leadership across tender processes, superintendent engagement, and value management activitiesEnsure accurate financial tracking, reporting and compliance across all project phasesMentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing construction cultureAbout YouDegree qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related disciplineMinimum 10 years experience delivering mid-to-large-scale residential and mixed-use projectsStrong technical knowledge of design and construct methodologies and on-site deliveryProven ability to manage programs, budgets and contracts with discipline and commercial insightExcellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsStrategic and organised approach with a sense of urgency and attention to detailCollaborative leader who inspires trust and drives results through accountabilityWillingness to travel interstate to support project deliveryWhy Join Us?At Kokoda, youll be part of a company that dares to do things differently.
