Procurement & Products ManagerVision Lighting is an Australian leader in premium lighting solutions, trusted across industries for innovation, reliability, and precision engineering.As demand grows, were seeking a Procurement & Products Manager to take the lead on sourcing, supplier partnerships, and product innovation. This role will ensure every product we design and deliver is on time, on budget, and built to last - while also paving the way for new ideas that keep us ahead of the curve. This isnt a role for someone who wants to sit back. Youll be at the forefront - shaping supplier relationships, driving product innovation, and guiding a small team to deliver at pace. Here, procurement isnt just about placing orders. Its about developing the next generation of products, building strategic supplier partnerships, and setting the standards for excellence.The Role:Youll own procurement and product management across our full range, reporting to the General Manager and leading two purchasing officers.Your responsibilities will include:Driving procurement strategy to deliver cost savings, quality, and reliability.Building and strengthening supplier relationships to secure innovation, continuity, and long-term value.Collaborating with suppliers to explore new product concepts, materials, and technologies.Overseeing product lifecycle management, including SKUs and BOM maintenance.Liaising with sales, design, and production to align supply with customer and market needs.Leveraging ERP systems, MYOB EXO, and Excel for reporting and decision-making.Coaching and developing your team to deliver consistent, high-quality results.Who Were Looking For:Youve led procurement before, ideally in lighting, electrical, or a related technical manufacturing environment.You know that great supplier partnerships and product innovation go hand in hand.Youre as comfortable at the negotiation table as you are working with designers on the next product iteration, and you understand how procurement shapes the bigger business picture.Youre organised, commercially savvy, and confident managing supplier relationships while keeping a close eye on cost, quality, and timelines.
