About The RoleInfraBuild Manufacturing are seeking a highly experienced and driven Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and design drafters within our national operations. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full design lifecycle of engineering initiativesfrom scoping and design to quality monitoring, and reportingensuring delivery aligns with InfraBuilds high standards of safety, compliance, and performance.Working from our manufacturing site in Mayfield, this role is accountable for the effective deployment of engineering resources across Mechanical, Structural, and Electrical disciplines. Youll play a key role in shaping engineering strategy, refining processes, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.This role has become available due to the upcoming retirement of our long-serving Engineering Manager after an incredible 16 years of dedication within the role.
