Overview We are seeking passionate and experienced architects with a minimum of 5 years proven expertise on large State Significant, multi-residential and mixed-use projects. This is a pivotal role where you will work closely with the Director and Associates, leading project teams through design development, documentation and construction services including contract administration and site management. As a key member of our practice, you will help shape the strategic growth of the studio, manage end-to-end project delivery and serve as a positive interface between clients, stakeholders and our team. You will also contribute to our studio culture by mentoring younger architects and fostering a healthy atmosphere of collaboration and learning. Your responsibilities will include technical leadership and project management, ensuring our work is delivered to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Responsibilities Technical leadership and project management across design development, documentation and construction services. Contract administration and site management to ensure quality and compliance. Lead project teams and coordinate with Directors, Associates, clients, consultants and authorities. Mentor younger architects and contribute to studio culture and learning. Support strategic growth of the studio and end-to-end project delivery. Required Skills & Experience Registered Architect in NSW. A minimum of 5 years post-registration experience across all phases of project delivery. Proven SSDA experience on large-scale projects. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong expertise in technical detailing, documentation, and contract administration. Ability to resolve on-site and technical challenges whilst nurturing design intent. Excellent knowledge of NCC, ADG, construction materials, systems, and methodologies. Experience liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and certifiers. Skilled in team leadership and stakeholder coordination to meet milestones and quality benchmarks. Proven expertise in preparing and managing detailed drawing packages and 3D BIM models. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD and Adobe Creative Suite essential.
