OverviewWe are seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Room Leader to join our early childhood education team. The Room Leader plays a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. You will be responsible for leading a team of educators in your designated room, delivering high-quality educational programs that promote children''s learning, development, and wellbeing in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you''ll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
