Overview The Findlay Group (WFL, FFCL, FFCAP) is a long-standing familyowned and operated business with manufacturing plants in three countries. The Group is valuesdriven, fastgrowing and international, with local and regional production including a Gisborne (NZ) bread bakery and linehauling products to the Wairarapa (NZ). The Group also operates Bread Crumb and Powder Blending Plants in Dunedin, Melbourne (VIC) and Bathurst NSW, with the largest plant based in Idaho, USA, blending batter powders specifically for French Fries. Our Technical Facilities support activity in Auckland (NZ) and the USA. Our focus is on creating high performing teams, improving processes and producing high quality products. About the role Production Operators Shift: Monday to Thursday (night and day, 12hour shifts) We offer training for our advanced machinery. No prior experience required. Operators will measure and mix ingredients and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions. Responsibilities Measure and mix ingredients as required. Operate and troubleshoot advanced machinery after training. Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly. Adhere to all safety and quality standards during production. Essential Criteria to Fill this Role Be willing to undergo a preemployment medical. Be competent with simple math. Work well within a team environment. Adhere to the companys Vision and Mission Values (Sustainability, Commitment, Integrity & Community). Be prompt and reliable. Be enthusiastic and energetic about the role.
