We have 1,000 talented team members across Australia and are passionate about innovation, sustainability and quality.About the roleWe are currently seeking motivated Process Workers, Machine Operators and Forklift Operators to join our salad processing facility in Bairnsdale. You will be responsible for working on the production lines and maintaining effective and efficient performance toward strict food quality standards.A range of shifts are available. Must be physically fit, able to lift up to 15 kg (sometimes repetitively), and have sound English both verbal and written to complete compliance paperwork. We work some public holidays and Sundays during our peak period (penalty rates apply).Key ResponsibilitiesOperation of machinery and equipment on food processing linesAchieving output and line speed targets within set timeframesWorking on fast-paced production lines, ensuring quality and reliabilityEnsuring food safety standards are metMaintaining a clean and safe work areaAbout YouA proactive, can-do attitude with an interest in continuous improvement and advancementMust be physically fit, able to repetitively lift between 15-20 kgBe willing to work in a cold environment (between 2-4 degrees).
