As an integral part of this dynamic and successfulteam, you will act as the first point of contact between IMB branches, Lenders, Managers, Assessorsand ourlending customersin all facets of themortgage administrationprocess. With four components to this role, Member Support, Mortgage Accounts, Settlements and Securities, we welcome your experience within a retail/commercial banking environment to assist us in ensuringall loans and accountsare administeredand funded promptly.The roleProviding advice and assistance to ourloan customers and staff regarding loan statements andterms, payout figures, break out costs, lump sum payments and any other mortgage related enquiriesCalculating and processing interest reconstructions to mortgage accountsProcessing mortgage insurance payments and refunds related to loan applicationsActioning and preparing requests to discharge securitiesAttending to settlements including liaising with solicitors and mortgageesArranging for production of documents for registrationDaily loan fundingMaintenance of various reports.We welcome applications from candidates who meet all or some of the following criteria includingAdministration skills with a strong eye for detailA positive and can do attitude and who genuinely enjoys helping others and working together to achieve common goalsThe ability toidentify issues/roadblocks and work through to effective solutionsThe genuine desire to learn and a mindset for continuous improvementA high level of computer/digital literacy, particularly MS OfficeEffective communication skills both verbally and written, in particular dealing with Third Parties/Legal RepresentativesThe ability to organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines within a structured and regulated banking environmentExperience within a retail/commercial banking environment and in particularresidential lending or PEXAsettlements is advantageous.The IMBIMB Bank is a leading member-owned bank offering a full range of products and services in both retail and business banking.
