As an Elders Rural Products Sales Representative, you will use your product knowledge and customer service skills to build strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities. Part of this role will involve running promotions through the branch, so experience with digital marketing tools will be highly regarded. Supported by the Elders network, youll have the tools and resources needed to grow your career in the agricultural industry.ResponsibilitiesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending Elders'' range of products and services to support their businessProactively sourcing new business opportunities to achieve KPIs and sales targetsSupporting inventory management, including stocktake and dispatchProcessing sales and preparing sales quotesRunning local marketing and promotional activities through the branch, including the use of platforms such as Facebook and CanvaPerforming data entry and supporting backend processes as requiredAbout YouAre comfortable and thrive in a collaborative working environmentAre passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your communityHave technical seasonal and rural products knowledge to support clientsHave a proven track record in sales, including retail skillsHave an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clientsHave a drivers license.
