Overview A respected boutique law firm in Burwood, inner West Sydney, is seeking a Debt Recovery/Civil Litigation Solicitor/Paralegal to join its busy practice. The firm offers a close-knit, collegiate environment and is located next to the Burwood Court House. Responsibilities Handle Civil Litigation cases independently, from initiating court proceedings to managing small claims and general division matters as needed. Advise clients on a variety of civil matters, primarily focused on debt recovery. Deliver high-quality work within a dynamic team culture; work autonomously and deliver results.
