The opportunityAre you passionate about building a strong risk management culture and driving governance excellence? Were looking for an experienced professional to help shape and strengthen Alpine Resort Victorias (ARV) approach to risk and compliance. As the Governance and Risk Advisor, you will provide expert advice and lead initiatives that ensure ARVs governance and risk practices are robust, compliant, and future-ready. Youll work collaboratively across teams and resorts to embed best practices, support emergency and business continuity planning, and deliver strategic insights that drive continuous improvement. Ideally, you have experience in local or state government and strong skills in interpreting legislation, regulations, and policies, enabling you to serve as a subject matter expert in governance areas such as integrity, insurance, risk management, freedom of information and privacy. Travel: this role does require occasional travel to ARVs resorts to support on-site implementation and engagement a unique opportunity to combine meaningful work with spectacular natural surroundings.
