OverviewBrand Specialist/Account Manager Spanish - Remote role based in Romania. Location is Romania. Amazon offers relocation support for candidates outside of Romania. This role is part of Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) within Retail Business Services and focuses on managing Amazon AVS vendors, partnering with internal teams to optimize the vendors business on Amazon.com, and driving marketing, operations, and strategic initiatives with key vendor partners.ResponsibilitiesManage the internal performance of teams and the impact of vendors on delivering a great customer experience for buying consumers.Partner with the Retail Category Team and manage vendor relationships by championing the vendors needs at Amazon.Build strong communication channels at all levels, set clear expectations, provide status updates, and manage toward a growth plan for vendors.Develop and execute a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for vendors and Amazon.Collaborate with internal Amazon teams and vendors to improve operational aspects of the business to provide a great consumer experience.Conduct deep-dive analyses on vendor issues and publish data-driven recommendations and action plans to improve the vendor experience.Provide thought leadership on planning, roadmaps, and execution; establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners.Support launches of new programs, categories, and features.Conduct regular business reviews (WBR/MBR) with vendors, highlight performance metrics, and build action plans.Operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment with accountability for achieving business objectives.Develop original ideas and solutions for typical or difficult situations; demonstrate active listening, consultative and solutions-oriented approaches.Basic QualificationsExperience in sales or account management.Bachelor''s degree.Spanish B2 level.English B2 level.Preferred QualificationsExposure to retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing or e-commerce is a plus.About AmazonAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
