OverviewThe Iconic Roger Roger Deli in Caroline Springs is hiring an experienced Barista.Do you have a passion for coffee and all things food? If you meet the requirements below, this job could be for you.Required ExperienceMinimum 2-3 years in a Barista roleExcellent Barista skills, Customer Service & a positive attitude (is a MUST)Can work well in a team and work with other baristas on the machineKnow the ins and outs of a coffee machine and specialty coffeeHave Hospitality experience and be able to serve customers and be able to do other jobs in the shop if needed (e.g., serving, making sandwiches, help open/closing shop)Take direction wellPunctual & ReliableWell presented & professional with a positive attitudeRole ResponsibilitiesRole will primarily be for a Barista, cleaning coffee machine, have excellent knowledge of it and learn new techniques and different drinks (e.g., Matcha, juices, Mont Blanc)Will also be expected to be able to serve customers and may be required to help with other roles such as sandwich preparation, serving customers, setting up shop etc.Additional InformationSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
