As our Senior Human Resources Officer, youll work closely with the Human Resources Manager to bring clarity, consistency and innovation to our workforce practices starting with streamlined recruitment and employee lifecycle processes. Youll coach and support a small HR team, act as a trusted advisor to departmental leaders and become a critical part of the engine room that drives our Centres success. This role is perfect for someone whos eager to stretch their capability, gain strategic exposure and make their mark on a complex and fast-paced workplace.
