Our extensive membership program for the last 70 years has supported residential builders, trade contractors, developers, design professionals and more.What the day will look likeLead a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on providing best in class, expert advice as a specialist in residential constructionBuilding strong relationship with clients, as well as internal and external stakeholders to enhance the client experienceIdentify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutions including, but not limited to, additional insurance products and risk management strategies to support and protect client s businessesManaging and overseeing Home Indemnity Insurance reviews, liaising with appropriate stakeholders as required to obtain best possible outcomes for clients and their business requirementsDevelop new and profitable business within HIAIS WA regionContribute to the strategic direction of the HIAIS business in WA and NationallySkills and experience that will lead to successThis opportunity would suit someone with solid a foundation and knowledge in general insurance, with a passion for servicing clients.In this role you will be provided with support to continue to grow your understanding of construction insurance, particularly Home Indemnity Insurance a specialist product for residential construction clients.To be successful you will have:Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsOutstanding communication and presentation skillsA self-motivated individual with a proven track record in driving portfolio growthStrong technical understanding of Commercial Insurance productsExpertise in growing and leveraging professional networksEffective organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise different aspects of the role with focused attentionA strong passion for continuous learning and a curious mindset, with the ability to think creatively to deliver exceptional results for both clients and the HIAIS businessHow we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
