About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Queensland Service Sales team based at Eagle Farm. The role will be reporting directly to the Service Operations Manager for Queensland and will be managing the key relationship with our Brisbane Airport service account.You will take on the responsibility for managing the customer relationships at an operational and management level to drive business development opportunities and customer satisfaction.Experience in the lift industry as a Key Account Manager or a similar industry, such as HVAC, Fire, Security, Plumbing or similar, will be highly regarded.Whats in it for youA$92K Base + 12% Super (Depending on qualification and Key account management experience)10% Annual BonusPotential for real growth both personally and professionallyOpportunity to access educational support, access to staff discount scheme, and social activitiesYou will even get a day off for your birthday!Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with key personnelManagement of the existing customer relationship and maximising the customer experienceUnderstand and manage both comprehensive and non-comprehensive service contracts to achieve portfolio growth, set targets and expand the accountAct as the interface between our key customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the resolution of any customer issuesCoach and mentor service teams nationally to deliver a tailored customer experience to the key account.Ensure compliance with required procedures and behavioursWhat we are looking forThe successful candidate will be solution-focused with strong communication and influencing skills.Previous operational, business development / key accounts sales and contract management experience, preferably in a service-related industryDemonstrated experience facilitating operational and sales requirements for internal and external stakeholders.A degree in a relevant technical or business-related discipline will be highly valuedAbout SchindlerSchindler Lifts Australia is part of the Schindler Group, one of the top elevator companies in the world, spanning 100 countries with more than 64,000 employees worldwide.
