Your role The Senior Client Service Officer is part of the Court registry team which provides administrative and support services, delivering high quality and professional services to clients. The role supervises staff and provides hands-on training and guidance. What Youll Do Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery support the NSW community by providing access to justice services, through the protection of rights and public safety initiatives. Located in the local court, the Senior Client Service Officer provides complex administrative services to meet statutory obligations and delivers high quality and professional services to clients. The role supervises a small team, provides guidance and effectively allocates resources to meet the Departments requirements. The role may be required to perform some quasi-judicial and procedural functions. What Were Looking For Capacity to work in an environment that may involve potential exposure to psychosocial hazards related to the range of services provided in a court environment. A passion for delivering excellent client service in a high-volume environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information in plain language. Experience managing, developing and motivating a team. Knowledge and demonstrated ability to apply relevant court policies/procedures. High quality customer service skills with a professional and ethical manner. Role Requirements Candidates must hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence. The successful candidate must be willing to travel to other locations within the hub. At times this may include overnight stays.
