What Youll Be Doing In this role, you will be responsible for driving fleet and business sales across Queensland by: Building & Growing Corporate and Fleet Accounts Developing and maintaining strong B2B relationships with existing and new clients Identifying and pursuing business opportunities across a range of industries Negotiating and closing fleet sales, including working with novated leasing providers Providing tailored advice on vehicle options, pricing, and fleet solutions Achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive account management Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences What Were Looking For Were looking for a driven professional with: Experience in Fleet Sales, B2B Business Development, or Account Management (automotive industry preferred) A proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong relationship-building and networking skills Excellent communication and negotiation ability Strong time management and organisational skills A genuine passion for the automotive industry A valid Queensland C-Class Drivers Licence Be Part of the Bartons Family At Bartons, people are at the heart of everything we do.
