We currently employ over 2,000 personnel across various operations in our active market.About the roleWe are seeking Catering Assistants to join the kitchen team in our client''s aged care facility located in Woy Woy, NSW.Shift Schedule:Multiple morning and afternoon shifts across Monday to Sunday. (6:30am-2:00pm or 3:00pm-7:30pm)Weekend and Public Holiday Loadings apply.The successful applicant must have received at least 2 doses of the COVID-19 Vaccine, and provide a current Federal Police Check certificate, or be willing to apply for one.Skills and experienceReliable and punctualAbility to multi-task and perform work within deadlines.Empathy and respect towards aged care residents, staff and clients.The ability to support the chefs and the team in a busy kitchen.Well-presented and good customer service skills.Access to own reliable transport.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding meal service to aged care residents.Cleaning of serveries and dining room set upAdhering to and completing food safety/quality assurance documentsWashing dishes in the main kitchen and plating of mealsPreparing salads and sandwiches in the main kitchenFunction set up and clear downAssist the Chef and Chef Manager as required in day to day tasksFood and beverage serviceBenefits and perksThis modern aged care facility has free on-site parking available.
