This will include completing rental contracts, selling ancillary products (reduction options, tables & chairs etc), vehicle demonstrations (dont worry well teach you what you need to know) etc.Guest experience is a high priority for our team and is at the heart of our core values so, its essential you share in our vision of providing exceptional service and ensuring our guests leave happy and eager to get on the road to experience their holiday adventure.Given were in Tourism we are a 7-day operation so, you need to be okay with working weekends and public holidays. The good news is we have an attractive commission structure for ancillary sales.Responsibilities and RequirementsCustomer service or sales experienceA valid open driver''s license is a must (youll need this to drive our RVs)You like to go above and beyond to make somebody''s dayYou maintain a positive attitude and handle challenges with easeYoure great with time management and you like a fast-paced environmentYoure creative with communication and a great listener (English isnt the first language for some of our guests)It would be amazing if you spoke German or another European language but it isnt necessaryProficiency in using technology and apps is requiredYou are comfortable managing conflict and skilled in negotiationYou believe teamwork is dream workWe walk the talk when it comes to ensuring our product quality meets our guests expectations so training will be provided.One Last ThingSoif this sounds like you and you could rock #vanlife, what are you waiting for?
