Project Form Workers - 12 Month Contract (197145) Wollongong, Australia Salary: AUD60 - AUD70 per hour We are looking for Project Form Workers to join our team on a 12month contract. This is fulltime shift work at 60 hours per week starting immediately. Successful candidates will be working on the No6 Reline in Port Kembla, managing formwork tasks to support the projects progress, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. Key Responsibilities Prepare, erect, align, and fix formwork for concrete structures according to specificationsRead and interpret plans, drawings and specificationsWork with reinforcing steel (rebar) as requiredMaintain strong safety standards, maintaining clean and safe work areasCollaborate with carpenters, concreters, site supervisors and other tradespeople to ensure smooth workflowReport any issues or defects, suggest improvements to increase productivity and quality Requirements Prior experience as a Form Worker / Form Setter on commercial or civil construction projectsAble to work long hours (60 hrs/week), potentially including early starts or shift workPhysically fitKnowledge of safety procedures, PPE, and site inductionsGood communication and ability to work in a teamReliable, punctual, and committed for the full 12month duration What We Offer Competitive rate: $60/hour Over $3k Per Week Gross PayFull project and site inductions provided by Tecside for successful candidatesLongterm work (12 months) offering stabilityOpportunity to work on highprofile project(s) with experienced teamsAccess to tools, equipment, and support to ensure you can perform your job safely and effectively If you fit the above criteria, we want to hear from you!!!
