A respected community service organisation supporting women and children impacted by domestic and family violence in the Southern Highlands is seeking a passionate and creative Marketing & Communications Officer.Working within a small, dedicated team, this role develops and delivers marketing and communication strategies that build awareness, engagement, and community support. Youll manage digital content, campaigns, media and PR activities, stakeholder communication, and fundraising promotion, while ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across all platforms. The position also oversees the donor CRM, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and insights that strengthen relationships and drive positive outcomes.Were looking for a handson communicator with a genuine desire to make a difference. Youll have at least two years experience in marketing or communications, tertiary qualifications in a related field, excellent written and visual communication skills, and a strong eye for design.
