A bit about the role: The role of a Trainee is interesting and varied and provides a great foundation to business processes and experience in many areas of how a local council operates. A core part of this role is to prepare, collate, record and maintain information relating to council business and support our Asset Delivery and Projects team to deliver their outcomes. In a trainee, we look for: Good communication skills Someone who enjoys working on a computer Good organisation skills and attention to detail Team player What you can learn: Assist in the preparation of documents, tracking and reporting Create, input and retrieve data using MS Office to support in delivery of projects Update and maintain databases Assist in coordination of outdoor and indoor teams About the role A Trainee Administration Officer is full time employment for one (1) year, and the proposed study will be a Certificate III in Business Administration.
