Clinical Nurse Specialist - Palliative Care Lower Hume Palliative Care has a vacancy for Registered Nurses with postgraduate qualifications or experience in palliative care to join the community team. The role involves assessment and support of clients and carers in their homes, specialising in symptom management, quality of life improvement and emotional support while collaborating with GPs, specialists, hospitals, district nursing, allied health and residential facilities. This parttime position is fixed term to 19 December 2025, with flexibility from 0.6 EFT (24 hours per week) to 1.6 EFT (64 hours per week) for multiple successful candidates.
