This role plays a key part within ensuring smooth business operations, efficient communication and professional coordination across the unit.Your Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Lead and deliver a range of administrative and business support functions including data and file management, raising purchase orders, preparing invoices and maintaining correspondence within Council''s document management system.Coordinate meetings, diaries, travel and training logistics while assisting with the preparation of letters, spreadsheets, presentations and reports (including financial, WHS and budget reports).Provide day-to-day support to project teams which include managing agendas, taking minutes, responding to customer enquiries and acting as the first point of contact for delegated officers.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote efficiency, continuous improvement and service excellence while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.Assist with assigned projects by reconciling financial transactions, generating progress reports and ensuring accurate stakeholder communication.Maintain accountability for information systems and record-keeping in line with Council policies and the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.About YouYou are a capable and proactive professional who takes pride in delivering quality work and supporting others to succeed.
