We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to join our team and help maintain the highest standards across our manufacturing operations. About the Role Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining our Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards, and supporting continuous improvement across our production operations. This is a handson, detailoriented role suited to someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is committed to quality, food safety, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Support the management and maintenance of the SQF Quality Management System (QMS) and HACCP program Conduct routine inspections, audits, and testing to verify compliance with quality and food safety standards Assist in the preparation and maintenance of documentation and records to ensure audit readiness Participate in investigations of customer complaints and nonconformances, helping identify root causes and implement corrective actions Liaise with internal teams and external auditors or regulators as required Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen product quality and food safety outcomes About You You are a proactive and detailoriented Quality Assurance professional with a strong understanding of food safety principles and compliance systems. You take pride in your accuracy, consistency, and contribution to a culture of quality. Australian citizenship is required for this position. You will bring: Minimum 2 years'' experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within food manufacturing Sound understanding of SQF, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory compliance (ICA, ISO standards desirable) Strong documentation and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy Effective communication and teamwork skills A proactive approach to continuous improvement Why Join Us?
