They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & clientProactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control SystemsConducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety riskIdentifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectificationProviding support to tenants and FacilitiesManaging contractors and deliveriesResponding to emergency situationsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Strong Customer Service SkillsProactive and problem-solving mindsetWilling to support and step up as required into other rolesAbility to work well in a team or autonomouslyAbility to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reportsDemonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periodsCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificateWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
