Join a dynamic team of diverse water specialists to preempt and prepare for whats next, creating positive water outcomes that respect nature and nurture communities.Who Are We Looking For?Were seeking a Senior Civil Engineer (or at the Technical Director / Principal Engineer level) to join our Water Group in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, or Gold Coast. Youll play a pivotal role in the technical delivery of water and wastewater system solutions and collaborate with highperforming teams.ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to the civil design of water and wastewater infrastructure, including pipelines, pump stations, reservoirs and treatment plant civil works.Prepare and review technical documentation across concept, preliminary and detailed design phases.Provide input across the full project lifecyclefrom planning and feasibility to detailed design, construction and commissioning.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers.Engage with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.Apply relevant design standards and use tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, 12d and WSAA guidelines.What Youll BringA degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.RPEQ status or ability to obtain.8+ years experience in water and wastewater infrastructure design, ideally within a consultancy environment.Demonstrated experience delivering hydraulic and transient designs for treatment plants (water and wastewater) and linear infrastructure.Strong technical and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and clientfocused approach.Equal OpportunityGHD is an equalopportunity employer.
