A Day In The Life Encourage and motivate clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment. Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities. Place clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes. Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and contractual requirements. Deliver exceptional service to clients, employers and partners at every stage. Qualifications Experience in customer service or a client-facing role. Ideally, demonstrated experience working with people overcoming challenges. Confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders. Confident working towards KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients and employers. Hold a current Drivers Licence.
