About The Role We are currently searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Chef to join our closeknit team on a parttime basis at our superb venue Breakers Country Club in Wamberal, NSW. As a Chef, your role will consist of preparing and cooking a variety of dining options whilst maintaining the highest standards and executing highquality, wholesome and wellpresented meals for our customers to ensure that we continue to create memorable experiences. Key Duties Manage efficient and highquality food preparation Maintain presentation and consistency of food served Service and prepare for all bistro and function meals Monitor stock levels and complete stock rotations Ensure compliance to food handling practices and general cleaning duties Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of food quality About You Previous experience working in a highpaced kitchen Hold a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery Hold a Food Handling Certificate Exceptional communication skills Ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights, weekends and public holidays Our Benefits Be an integral part of Australias largest group of registered clubs Discounted meals Free onsite parking Supportive and inclusive team and culture Uniforms provided WHY MOUNTIES?
