We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in grooming various breeds of dogs and cats, possess a deep understanding of animal behavior, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional service to both pets and their owners. Key Responsibilities Perform grooming services including bathing, cutting, and styling fur for dogs and cats. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area, pet housing and equipment. Conduct pet health and wellness assessments, noting any concerns and communicating effectively with pet owners. Build lasting relationships with pets and their owners to ensure a positive grooming experience. Stay updated with grooming trends and techniques, continuing professional development as required. Provide exceptional customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns. Provide fresh water to dogs as per their dietary needs. Keep Pet Taxi & workplace Clean Daily. Safe & responsible driving of pet van. Daily photography and Videos of Daycare & Boarding Dogs daily, confident skills in using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & other social media platforms for uploading photos & videos. Qualifications Proven experience as a pet groomer (2+ years preferred). Knowledge of different dog and cat breeds and their grooming needs. Certification in pet grooming from an accredited institution is a plus. Ability to handle pets safely and compassionately. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks such as lifting and walking dogs.
