About the role Permanent Part Time Various Shifts available Shift times include: 0630 tp 1400, 1030 to 1830, 1430 to 1930 and 1530 to 1830 Please note this role sits between Nursing Assistant and Food Service Assistant The way that we provide nutrition and hydration in our homes is evolving to align with our Resident PersonCentred Care Framework. We are moving to a more traditional restaurant model that has front of house and back of house team members. In this role, you will help residents with their meals and drinks, following Estia Healths personalised meal service guidelines. You will also: Lend a hand with daily life making sure our residents feel heard, are comfortable and wellfed. Work with our team to assist those residents who require additional support and care. Help our residents to enjoy meaningful and engaging activities. Be a supportive friend to our residents. Make sure every residents privacy and dignity is respected. Youll be a true team player and great communicator, with a real desire to make a difference in peoples lives and you will have a Cert lllor IV in Aged Care.
