About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to kickstart their culinary career as an Apprentice Chef in a supportive, professional kitchen. While commercial kitchen experience is a bonus, enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key. As part of this full-time apprenticeship, you will train in: Basic culinary and knife skills. Knowledge of ingredients, with a focus on Levantine flavours. Use of commercial equipment and kitchen procedures. Your Main Duties Assisting the chef in meal preparation and cooking. Learning kitchen procedures and duties under supervision. Serving food when required. Maintaining kitchen cleaning and sanitation standards. Assisting in other areas of food preparation and storage.
