Job Overview Gorseland Primary School, Ipswich, Suffolk IP5 3QR Part Time ABA Tutor one-to-one support for a child with an EHCP. Fixed Term contract. Salary 26,403 - 28,142 pro rata. Hours: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday (38 weeks per year). Key Responsibilities Deliver the ABA programme with consistency, accuracy, and professionalism. Apply advanced teaching and behaviour management strategies in line with ABA principles. Collect, analyse and report data to inform programme adjustments. Provide feedback to the supervising Behaviour Analyst and contribute to programme refinement. Maintain session quality, ensuring best practice and adherence to the UKSBA code of ethics. Demonstrate initiative in problemsolving and adapting teaching methods to the learners needs. Requirements Minimum 1 year experience working as an ABA tutor or specialist SEND teaching experience in an educational setting. Strong understanding of ABA principles and direct application in one-to-one and/or group settings. Proficiency in data collection and session reporting. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication skills with children, families and professionals. Reliability, professionalism, and a proactive approach to learning. Preferred: RBT certification. Willing to work towards gaining RBT or equivalent qualification.
