Overview Lifeguard Casual at Belgravia Leisure is a flexible role that supports the safe operation of our swimming pool and enhances the customer experience for all patrons. Role Responsibilities Operate and monitor the daily pool environment to maintain a safe and enjoyable setting for all users. Communicate effectively with users of diverse ages, cultures and abilities, ensuring inclusive service delivery. Fulfil pool operating objectives, including cleaning, safety inspection, and customer service excellence. Work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays to meet peak demand. Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills. Current CPR and Level 2 First Aid certificates. Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate and National Police Check. Working with Vulnerable People and experience with pool operations are highly regarded but not essential. Ability to operate independently and as a valued member of a team.
